Downtime messages are being revised so the person receiving the message can immediately tell what service is affected, what interim workflow applies, who owns the next update, and when another update is due.
The laboratory/hospital competency crosswalk is being refined so hospital-wide learning requirements are not mistaken for bench-specific authorization. Staff-facing implementation guidance will be released after review.
Outreach pickup and referral packaging work is being mapped end-to-end, including handoffs between clinics, couriers, Specimen Processing, and referral laboratories.
